All Inclusive Package

  • ​Attend face-to-face meetings with the bride and groom.

  • Provide preferred vendor list.

  • Assist with hotel room block for guests.

  • Coordinate setup for the ceremony.

  • Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors.

  • Contact all vendors prior to the ceremony.

  • Assist with seating chart assignment

  • Create a floor plan.

  • Organize late-night cleanup - First in, last to leave!

  • Coordinator and one assistant for the ceremony and reception.

  • Assist & review client vendor contracts.

  • Assist with décor, theme, and color selection.

  • Provide bride with a 6-month to-do list for reference.

  • Negotiate and book vendor contracts.

  • Accept vendor deliveries (cater, cake, rentals etc.).

  • Ensure complete setup of décor, linens, centerpieces, favors, etc.

  • Create a timeline for ceremony & reception.

  • Assist with Budgeting.

  • Provide instructions to vendors as needed.

  • Décor items in our inventory included for your use.

  • Coordinate rental decor as desired

  • Coordinate timeline with vendors for the flow of the reception.

  • For the ceremony, the package includes:

  • Contact all vendors prior to the Ceremony.

  • Attend Coordinate Rehearsal.
