Day of Coordination
For the Day of Coordination services, Triple Moon Event Design provides the following:

Attend a face-to-face meeting with the bride and groom.

Unlimited email and phone consultations for seamless communication.

Create a comprehensive timeline for the day's events.

Meet prior to the wedding day to receive items for reception décor.

Review the client-provided floor plan and ensure setu*p accordingly.

Contact all vendors prior to the event to familiarize them with the *timeline, floor plan, and their responsibilities.

Accept all vendor deliveries on the day of the event.

Provide instructions to vendors as needed.

Coordinate the complete setup of décor, linens, centerpieces, and *favors.

Offer rental items for a fee, such as a card box, cake stand, cake knife *& server, easels, and table numbers.
During the ceremony:

Provide a dedicated coordinator for the ceremony processional.

Coordinate the setup for the ceremony.​

Throughout the reception:

Coordinate the arrival of the bridal party, including introductions and the first dance.

Ensure the smooth flow of the reception timeline.
Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors. -
Organize the late-night cleanup, being the first to arrive and the last to leave.

Triple Moon Event Design will also maintain close contact with all vendors prior to the ceremony to ensure their familiarity with the timeline and responsibilities. They will accept deliveries from vendors such as caterers, cake providers, and rental services.
